Find an article that you may use for the I search and write a summary

I searched the official website of the school library for articles on diet health and found an article about my research problem. The article is called “Biochemical profile, eating habits, and telomere length among Brazilian children and adolescents“. This study focused on the effects of diet on people.Although the subjects in the study were Brazilian children, the nature of the problem was the same. The first thing to look at is telomeres, which are found in any human being, so it’s worth referring to the authors. The author mentioned in the article:“Telomeres are nucleoprotein structures composed primarily of TTAGGG tandem repeats that protect the end of chromosomes maintaining the stability of the genome. They become shorter in each cell division and decline with age.”(Todendi,ef.al,page1) That means we have telomeres from birth, and every time a cell divides, we use up telomere length, which is why we die. So what does this have to do with eating habits? Of course it does. Unhealthy eating habits and unhealthy lifestyles lead directly to shorter telomere length, which means it’s a vital part of life. In other words, healthy eating habits can slow down aging, but unhealthy eating habits can even harm life. There are a lot of research data in this article to prove the accuracy of this conclusion, so the content of this article can support my research point of view. My research questions are mainly about the impact of unhealthy living habits, among which I am most convinced that the researchers’ statistics are very detailed. That gives me a lot of confidence in the results.
